Psychology-Backed Wellness for Simpler Living.
I help you build lasting habits and design a lifestyle that supports your mental and physical health, through evidence-based psychology, with simple sustainable changes.
The Mind Behind the Method
With over a decade of coaching experience specialising in psychology and mental health, I use what I've learnt and continue to learn to combat my own struggles with mental health, and help others see how they can take action to improve their quality of life.
My Belief's & Values
Why I'm not like your other wellness coaches:
- I believe in balance; I eat well most of the time, I exercise more days of the week than not, and I make time for the things I enjoy around my other commitments, so the balance is always in my favour.
- I understand your journey; as someone who has struggled with depression my whole life, and currently works with people struggling with poor mental health, I really get where you're coming from. Trust me; I see you, I hear you, and you're not alone.
- I keep it simple; it's more confusing than ever knowing where to start with so much conflicting information available, so I keep it streamlined with a "back to basics" approach: Good habits, simple structuring, and positive accountability.
- I meet you where you're at; whether you can only fit in one or two short walks a week, make a change to one of your main meals, or pull back your bedtime by half an hour, I work with you from where you can start, not where I'd like you to be. It's your journey, I'm just your guide on the side.
Coaching Services
Balance The Basics Approach
In line with keeping everything as easy as possible, I only offer one online coaching service that encompasses the following:
- A completely bespoke online coaching programme; weekly habits structured by us both in the areas of physical activity, nutrition and hydration, sleep hygiene, and many other lifestyle psychology techniques.
- Individual communication as it suits you; whether you need a weekly video call, a quick voice note, or a how-to message, we'll be able to communicate as and when you need it every single week.
- Transparency with pricing and setup on the coaching platform I use; I'll charge you per week, what I charge for an in-person training session. That's £45 per week, or in total, £180 per month. No extra fees included, just a simple fee that rolls every 30 days, as long as you're happy with the service and want to continue.
- A full refund if you don't enjoy the experience; I know it's an expensive time for a lot of us right now, so I'm more than happy to offer a full refund in the first 30 days if you don't like what you receive. I'm confident that you won't, but to give you the peace of mind, the option is there, and I know I won't be for everyone, and that's totally okay. But hopefully, if you're already here and reading this, you might like my vibe, and we should get along just fine.
